Project Nerul aims to completely re-develop the existing Residential Development for State Bank of India located at Nerul Sector13, Navi Mumbai. The township is flanked by Ayyappa road on the North-West and Sion-Panvel highway on the East.
The total township admeasures an area of 25 acres with extra FSI of 25,000 Sq.mts which is to be utilized on limited land.
In Phase 1, it is proposed to develop 3 residential towers with Ground, podium, plus fourteen storeys. Parking & building services are located in stilt and basement.
The podium floor on first level is devoted towards common health and recreation facilities. The residential levels house are nearly 210 premium residences. One Commercial building of 100,000 sqft. of area is planned as a central facility for the Bank residentials.
Existing buildings are recommended for future demolition to make way for new residential towers.
